About Us
So where and how did Noosa Personal Chef start their Noosa Catering Company?
- Hello and oi tudubem? (how are you?) We are a husband and wife team who live and operate from Noosa.
- Raphael – From Brazil originally: Head chef of our meal company. Well known and well regarded chef within Noosa who has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Noosa, Brisbane and São Paulo; Brazil.
- Melissa – Full Aussie: fitness, gut health nutrition and Ayurveda medicine specialist since 2011. With this background of health; all consultations are unique to each individual when designing any of Noosa Personal Chefs private dining events.
- Together we have combined our love and expertise of cooking and nutrition and health into a company to help make people’s lives easier by creating beautiful events, catering services, private dining, personal chef services and wedding catering on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
