Noosa Personal Chef was created from a shared passion for food, hospitality and bringing people together around the table.
Raphael, originally from Brazil, has spent years working in professional kitchens across Australia and internationally, developing a deep appreciation for bold flavours, refined techniques and high-quality ingredients.
Melissa brings a complementary perspective through her background in health, nutrition and gut health, ensuring every menu we create can be tailored not only for flavour but also for dietary needs and wellbeing.
Together, we combine restaurant-level cooking with a warm, personalised approach to hospitality.

We also take care of full table settings, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully arranged for your event. - We’re Melissa and Raphael – a husband and wife duo living and working in beautiful Noosa, and the heart behind Noosa Personal Chef.
- Raphael, originally from Brazil, is our head chef. He’s a familiar face in the Noosa food scene, having worked in some of the region’s most acclaimed restaurants, as well as in Brisbane and São Paulo. His passion for flavour, creativity, and authentic hospitality is at the centre of everything we do.
- Melissa brings her background in health and wellness – specialising in fitness, gut health, and Ayurvedic medicine since 2011. This knowledge adds an extra layer of care to our experiences, ensuring each event is thoughtfully tailored to individual needs without ever compromising on flavour. We serve up refined, restaurant-quality food using the freshest local produce and top-quality meats – it’s all about balance, indulgence, and creating unforgettable fine dining experiences that just happen to make you feel good, too.
