So where and how did Noosa Personal Chef start their Noosa Catering Company?
- Hello and oi tudubem? (how are you?) We are a husband and wife team who live and operate from Noosa.
- Raphael – From Brazil originally: Head chef of our meal company. Well known and well regarded chef within Noosa, working from some of the finest restaurants in Hasting Street.
- Melissa – Full Aussie: Fitness coach and gut health nutrition specialist and Ayurveda medicine specialist since 2011.
- Together we have combined our love and expertise of cooking and nutrition and health into a company to help make people’s lives easier by creating beautiful events, catering services, private dining, personal chef services and wedding catering on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

We have an example menu listed on our website for our meal prep service however we can cook anything that you desire which can be discussed in your consultation. Our private dining and catering menus will be sent upon your enquiry.
A full week’s worth of meals will be cooked for you and your family. This can be individualised to either all pre made meals or a mixture of pre made meals and items such as snacks and extra salads ect to fill your fridge for the family. Our single living customers sometimes choose to receive our service fortnightly. We can design an individual approach during your consultation to suit your individual circumstance and budget.
No you do not, our chef Raphael will complete everything, organise the meals into containers and clean your kitchen. Just like a cleaner only with food lol!
